1. Estimates

All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time, including descriptions, photographs, videos, or on-site assessments.

Final pricing may change if:

• The volume of material differs from what was represented.
• Additional labor or equipment is required.
• Access to the property is more difficult than expected.
• Hazardous or prohibited materials are present.
• The scope of work changes.

We will communicate any pricing changes before performing additional work whenever reasonably possible.

2. Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

While we make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window, delays caused by traffic, weather, previous jobs, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you if delays arise.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe access to the property.
• Identifying any items that should not be removed before work begins.
• Ensuring utilities are available if required.
• Securing pets and notifying us of any known hazards.
• Obtaining any necessary HOA or property management approvals.

Once items have been loaded into our truck or dumpster, they may not be recoverable.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

We accept approved forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and other available payment methods.

Large projects may require a deposit before scheduling.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.

5. Dumpster Rentals

Dumpster rentals include the rental period specified at the time of booking.

Customers agree not to overload dumpsters beyond the fill line or exceed applicable weight limits.

The following materials may not be placed in dumpsters unless specifically approved:

• Hazardous waste
• Chemicals
• Paint
• Automotive fluids
• Batteries
• Tires
• Asbestos
• Medical waste
• Explosives
• Propane tanks
• Any material prohibited by local, state, or federal law

Additional fees may apply for prohibited materials, overweight loads, extended rental periods, or contaminated loads.

Customers are responsible for providing adequate access for delivery and pickup.

6. Property Damage

Our team takes reasonable care while performing services.

However, we are not responsible for damage resulting from:

• Existing property defects
• Weak or deteriorated structures
• Underground utilities not properly marked
• Hidden conditions
• Customer instructions that increase the risk of damage

Customers should notify us immediately of any concerns before our crew leaves the property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hot Mess Cleanup & Junk Removal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
